In order to cultivate the team spirit of the staff, improve the team awareness and enhance the team cohesion, at 9:00 on April 5, 2019, the first expansion activity of Haoyuan Huineng officially opened in Pushan mountain villa, Jixian County.

　　Before the start of the class, through a series of happy activities of the coach, the gap between the staff and the staff was broken, the foundation of mutual trust was established, and the team atmosphere was created. According to the coach's guidance, all the staff are randomly divided into six groups, and the team leader, team assistant, safety officer, environmental supervisor, flagman and other management roles are elected by the staff. Each group members participate in the design of the team name, slogan, team song, team shape and so on, giving full play to everyone's innovation and cooperation spirit. In the activity, the team members of each team are fully involved, work together, cooperate and trust each other, actively communicate, give full play to the team spirit, overcome many difficulties, and jointly complete each project.

　　This activity consists of four projects: trust back wrestling, crossing the power grid, drumming and passing and Shipwreck escape (graduation wall). Among them, the fall of trust establishes a sense of trust within the team, which makes everyone understand the importance of trust and commitment; crossing the power grid makes everyone understand that effective organization and coordination is the key to team success, effective use of matching resources is the foundation of team success, mutual coordination and careful operation can ensure the smooth implementation of the plan, and in the face of difficulties, all staff should be brave to pay to win opportunities for the team Meeting; beating the drum and hitting the ball tested the team's cooperation and the competition consciousness of not fearing setbacks, being enterprising and courageous in fighting in the face of problems. From less than ten successes at the beginning to dozens at the end, one team finally achieved 195 successes. In this process, all the staff participated in the analysis of problems, found solutions to problems, and truly achieved the goal of all the staff striving for it Team awareness: the final graduation wall starts from doubt about the completion of the goal, and then to the leaders of each team to discuss and formulate the escape plan, until all the staff implement the plan. In this process, there are constantly emerging devotees who are willing to serve as human ladders, who use their bodies as the protectors of the human wall, and rescuers who hold the team members and never let them go. When the last team member is left, all the staff work together After the final plan is made and the rescue is successful, the cheers of the whole staff burst out and the sense of honor of team cooperation arises spontaneously.
