Cable joint comprehensive monitoring program
Introduction
Cable status sensor is an intelligent sensor that combines high speed signal processing technology and micro power management technology to monitor partial discharge and surface temperature of distribution cable joints. It can be configured at the position of cable intermediate connector and terminal connector. The whole processing module of the sensor is encapsulated inside a sealed box. With IP rating higher than IP68, it can realize accurate detection in harsh environments such as high humidity and immersion. It can effectively monitor the power cable and reduce the probability of cable failure.

It can effectively eliminate interference signals and accurately identify abnormal signals such as partial discharge, temperature and sound by virtue of high-speed parallel data processing technology as well as such techncial means as differential noise reduction, spectrum analysis, sound screen isolation, etc.

It is equipped with a variety of probes, which can monitor both cable intermediate joints and cable terminal joints; supports TEV sensor, temperature sensor, sound sensor, etc., and simultaneously detects weak insulation, poor contact and abnormal temperature near the installation point, providing multi-dimensional data support for judging operation status.

Applications
n Monitoring of cable termination joints in cabinets

Wireless communication interfaces are embedded inside the sensor so that information can be easily accessed into the transmission layer.
