In 2023, Tianjin Haoyuan Huineng completed the pilot project for the construction of a panoramic intelligent operation and inspection system for the largest water-based photovoltaic power station in China's Three Gorges project. The construction and design of the panoramic intelligent operation and inspection system aims to deeply implement the guiding ideology of "centralized monitoring, regional maintenance, unmanned, and few people on duty" for the booster station, apply new generation intelligent and information-based technologies, solve the pain points and difficulties of substation work, and liberate employees from heavy and repetitive tasks. Mechanical inspection is used instead of manual inspection, warning maintenance is used instead of sudden maintenance, and intelligent technology is used to reduce equipment failure rates, so that station personnel can truly feel at ease with "no one but few people".

The panoramic intelligent operation and inspection system of China Three Gorges Photovoltaic Power Station adopts partial discharge monitoring device, infrared temperature measurement device, video monitoring device, and collector line fault indication device to conduct real-time online monitoring of the main transformer equipment, GIS equipment, switchgear equipment, SVG equipment, and 35kV collector line equipment. Combined with the panoramic intelligent operation and inspection system, it realizes intelligent inspection, real-time alarm, fault location and other functions, thereby improving the efficiency and safety of operation and maintenance personnel.
